Producer Joe Howell is an award-wining independent Film Producer and manager of Stage Ten Media, a Film and Digital Media Production Company. Joe has worked in the film and music industries for over 20 years as a Filmmaker, director, music producer, and writer. He produced the feature documentary film "Let The Church Say" (Joe Howell p.g.a), which was nominated at the 2022 American Black Film Festival and the 2023 Pan African Film Festival. The film received an ICFF Audience choice award and the 2023 Detroit Black Film Festival award for Best Documentary. In 2023 Joe Produced the narrative feature film "Consequences" (Joe Howell p.g.a) directed by Annette Wilson. He also prouduced the documentary feature "Built By Faith". He has worked for ABC Television in video editing and as a engineer in studios such as Sony Studios and The Hit Factory, he secured a music publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing. His work in Film and Television includes expertise in development, packaging, scripting, budgeting, casting, production oversight, and post production supervision. He received ASCAP's prestigious Rhythm and Soul Award, for his chart-topping work on Billboard. His work is contributed to soundtrack/scores for films such as "The Wackness" (2008), "New Jersey Drive (1995), and others. As a songwriter, engineer, and producer, he has worked on countless album and live projects and has worked with a number of other established producers. He worked for Whitney Houston's record label Better Place/Elecktra Records in engineering, production and music publishing. Joe is a member of the Film Independent Society and Atlanta Film Society. He served as a judge in the documentary category for the Bronze Lens Film Festival. He has been an active member of ASCAP for over 20 years.
